ProcessQM LLC was founded by a highly skilled professional, Lena Isaacs, who has a strong passion for quality and performance excellence. She has an extensive background in quality management, strategic management and process improvement, as well as a solid track record of driving organizational performance to the next level in very complex and highly regulated government and commercial sectors. More
