If ProcessQM cancels on you:
ProcessQM values your time and makes every effort to avoid cancellations. In the event our training class is cancelled, we will make every effort to provide no less than 2 week cancellation notice. Instructor-led class enrollments of less than six (6) students are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation notices are sent via e-mail provided at the time of registration. A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by ProcessQM.
If you cancel on ProcessQM:
Enrolled students may cancel their registration up to 46 calendar days prior to start of training class to receive a full refund or a credit toward future classes. With the exception of the Early Bird Discount registrations, if you provide us with 45-31 calendar days notice, we will issue a prompt refund minus the 20% cancellation fee or you may choose to receive a credit toward future classes. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations of less than 31 day notice or for Early Bird Registrations, but you may send a replacement at no charge.
To cancel, notify ProcessQM as soon as possible via info@processqm.com or call (505) 975-2148.
No refunds or credits are issued for failure to attend the class without notice.
Travel:
Students make travel arrangements at their discretion. ProcessQM is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by the enrolled students due to class registration.
